Hello
There!
God
is teaching me to listen to His whispers of, "Rest. You've done
enough." Thank you so much for your prayers and well wishes!
Philippians
2:28 Part 2
Scripture
We
talked about Paul sending back Epaphorditus here. I am struck by
Philippians 2:28b - "...and I may have less anxiety."
Application
Healing
does come, - if not on Earth, then in Heaven. I don't say those words
lightly. I've experienced healing by my LORD and now, I'm experiencing waiting
for His healing – again and I weep.
I am not alone in shedding tears
in times of suffering.
I'm sure Paul did as well.
Our Savior did, too!
These tears are not wasted.
God tenderly
collects
every one
of our tear drops.
I know God will use
every
situation,
pain,
anxiety,
tear
for His glory.
Prayer
LORD,
how I love thee and trust thee! You know my heart, that I don't want this
trial.
You
have other plans - and I trust them - and You.
I
ask for Your comfort when I am hurting, weak and weeping;
for
Your strength and courage;
for
You to continue to guide me and help me to listen to You;
for
You to help me to complete the work You have given me.
I
ask You to bless those who are hurting and to give them all of the above.
I
ask you to bless and be with my family and friends - both online in person!
Thank
you, my dear LORD!
Amen!

ReplyDeleteThank you! Isn't that green fun! The $7.50 BOM is stretching me as I'm using colors I never would have before! :) I'm really enjoying it! Thank you for stopping by and commenting!
DeleteThat is one bright Drunkard's Path block! Is the green a Moda Grunge? It is pretty!
ReplyDeleteNice to see the 4 Done! on your list from last week!
Happy stitching!
Yes, it's the lime green from Moda Grunge. I should have mentioned that the fabrics used in this $7.50 BOM are from Moda Grunge, except my skulls of course! :) Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you are doing well! :)
DeleteOh, I am so sorry for the pain. I read something the other day about a breakthrough in KNOWING what Fibromyalgia is, and where the pain was coming from. Blood vessels. It's hard to know what's true on the internet these days, but I really hoped that it is true, and that they are able to find better treatment and even a cure. I hope you are able to get a lot of rest this week! I love that sugar skull fabric, and that is a fantastic block!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I am learning more about myself and self-care this year! In fact, self care was my word of the year! Yes, several friends forwarded me that very article! Exciting news! I do love that fabric as well! The backing for the quilt is similar! :)
DeleteTake good care!
