Lifetime of Reading 2022 - Read a Book Published Since the Year of Your Birth
This will be a long term challenge for me - after all I'm turning the big 60 in 2022! I'm hoping to read at least 20 books a year that meet the guidelines. Set your goal, find your books and read on! DONE!!I've read 20 out of 20! I'll continue this goal next year!
Which books will "count"? Adult, Young Adult and Children's books are all game. Additionally, any format works as well. I believe it will be interesting to note how books have changed over the decades!
Where to find the older books? I will first be perusing my personal library. A huge assist will be The Book Buddy app that can sort by the by year published. Next, I will search out my local library - where success will surely be found!
How to participate? I'm keeping it really simple.
1. I'll do an end of the month post where everyone can easily share their progress and a link to their blog post in the comments. Don't write a blog? No Problem! Simply share your progress in the comments!
OR
2. You can create a shelf called "Lifetime of Reading" on your Goodreads account. Here's what it will look like.
3. Share your progress on Instagram with the hashtag #lifetimeofreading2022.
Whichever manner you choose, have fun and share, share, share!

I think this sounds really interesting. I am doing SO many challenges, I wonder if I could squeeze in one more, LOL! I think it would probably be too much...but maybe loosely?!
ReplyDeleteAnd, a year later, this still intrigues me, LOL!
