Here in Tennessee, it's amazing how pitifully weak the sun feels! It's farther north, and doesn't seem even black or red left on the windowsill ever fades. Not that I leave good fabric there all that long. LOL This is a good idea. Love foam core!Susan https://www.blogger.com/profile/09159163720029661287noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-631226289994408131.post-27599117354450112002016-10-16T23:06:31.981-06:002016-10-16T23:06:31.981-06:00Thank you Susan! You may want to look at these before your make your own: http://www.sewcanshe.com/blog/2014/4/27/building-a-quilt-design-wall. If you click on my label "sewing studio" you can see a picture of my large design board. I love it because the knobs are long enough to hang portable design boards! Now I can have multiple projects going at a time. I just pull out the dowel with the right WIP and I'm off to the races - the quilting races! I forgot all about using foam core boards for that. I need to replace the flannel tablecloth on my wall...or somehow pick all the bits of thread off. But I've been wanting an extra wall so I can have more than one project going. I think you've got the answer to my problem. One thing's for sure, I'm going to find out! :-)Mary Marcottehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14569619947909529203noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-631226289994408131.post-80883582029015739522016-10-14T21:31:06.627-06:002016-10-14T21:31:06.627-06:00Clever idea!
